Greta Villa is a stunning holiday home with a 180 degree sea view along the coastline and across the bay to Corfu Town. It has just undergone a full renovation, resulting in a stylish and contemporary property with numerous windows (mosquito nets to all) giving it a bright and airy feel. The theme is very much ‘Boutique Hotel’, the three bedrooms each have their own super high quality en-suite bathrooms, it is air conditioned, WiFi is available (inside/outside) and it also includes a modern ultra-violet water softening system. The large open plan kitchen / dining room has a fabulous sea view and French window with access out to the pool, terrace and balcony. There is a utility room with laundry facilities and the kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, espresso machine, a dining table seating 6, kitchen bar for 2, open fireplace and Bluetooth docking station. The living room is spacious with comfortable sofa and chair, coffee table and wall mounted flat screen TV (satellite TV with a wide variety of international channels) and there is a French window to private patio. Outside has plenty of sunbathing areas to enjoy the all day sunshine and the views from the infinity pool and dining area are simply mesmerising. Boasting lots of high specification modern features and spectacular views overlooking the picturesque bay of Agni below, down the coast and over to Corfu’s historical capital, Greta Villa will not disappoint and is guaranteed to surpass your expectations.
